Michael is a renal physician who has been caring for patients in Brisbane since 2003. He consults at the Mater Private Clinic and the Mater South Brisbane Dialysis Clinic and is recognised for his clear, practical approach to complex kidney problems.

Michael studied medicine at the University of Queensland, graduating with honours, and completed advanced nephrology training in Queensland and South Australia. He also contributes to medical education as a lecturer at the University of Queensland.

His research on dialysis, bone disease, and transplantation has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and he is actively involved in preparing physician trainees for specialist examinations.
