Mater Private Clinic building is part of the Mater Hospitals complex in South Brisbane. It is located on Stanley Street, opposite the Mater Adults Hospital and Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital. There is an overpass over Stanley Street, linking the Private Hospitals complex to the Public Hospitals complex. The building also has access from Water Street, and is connnected to the Mater Private Hospital on Vulture Street.

Parking is available in the Water and Allen Streets carpark, the Vulture Street carpark and it is a short walk to the Hancock Street carpark.

Bus: Mater Hill busway runs behind the building (city bound platform side).

Train: It is a short walk from the Southbank train station, east along Vulture Street into Stanley Street.
